Polymeds was founded in 2015 and is owned by Goeman Kranenborg and Yorrick Wouwenaar. It is a pharmaceutical wholesaler of human and veterinary medicines. Polymeds offers a wide range of products and services and supplies to veterinarians, pharmacies, wholesalers and retail companies.
Polymeds is involved in parallel import, among other things, whereby medicines are obtained from countries within the EEA (European Economic Area; the EU member states plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). They are made suitable for the Dutch market through packaging and/or labelling.
